ABOUT THE GROUP
Sichuan Natural Resources Investment Group was established through theconsolidation of subsidiaries from four provincial geological exploration unitsand selected public institutions. Officially inaugurated on December 27, 2021, theGroup operates with a registered capital of RMB 15 billion, 11,000 employees, totalassets of RMB 40 billion, and an AAA credit rating. Designated as a provincial TypeIl Functional State-0wned Enterprise, it is supervised by the Department ofNatural Resources, which acts as the capital contributor on behalf of the SichuanProvincial Government. As the flagship state-owned enterprise in Sichuan’s naturalresources sector, the Group is mandated to lead scientific exploration and strategicdevelopment of mineral resources and serve as the primary investor for state-backednatural resource initiatives. The Group prioritizes mineral resource exploration anddevelopment as its core business. lts pillar operations include land consolidation,ecological restoration, geological disaster prevention, and natural resource propertydevelopment, while synergizing diversified growth across engineering survey &design, construction, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Oil and Gas Resources
Holding oil and gas mining rights in Leshan North and Hongya, marking the first-ever acquisition of such rights by a provincial-level state-owned enterprise in Sichuan.
Coal Resources
The Dacun Coal Mine in Gulin County has been approved with an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons,serving as a strategic base for secure and stable energy supply in Sichuan.
Lead-zinc Resources
Owing the Qingyang Lead-Zin Mine (Gansu) with an annual output of 8,000 tons.
Lithium Resources
Securing high-quality mining rights for strategic mineral deposits, including the Maijitan and Jiajikadong East sites in Ganzi Prefecture.
Phosphate Resources
Expanding strategic phosphate resource deployment to build a full-cycle industrial chain.
